At You Glow Girl by Karie, your satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the personal nature of body care products, all sales are final. For sanitary and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on anybody care items, including but not limited to:
Body oils
Body butters / batters
Whipped sugar scrubs
Perfumes / roll-ons
Body Wash, body balms, or any other skincare products

Please make sure to review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. If you have any concerns about allergies or sensitivities, we encourage you to reach out prior to placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can work with you to make it right.
